Accroding to Steve Gary a good leader takes action, knows how to Encourage and listen to people.

A good leader needs to be able to know where he or she is going and knows how to get there. A good leader won't let anyone or anything get in his or her way. A leader isn't bosy about it, but he or she is dedicated to what he or she is after and is willing to take action to change not just sit back and let people change.

A leader knows how to encourage and listen to him or herself an those around him or her in all aspects.

Sorry I haven't been on here in like forever, After January when I was posting like once a day, school started and I got so busy with my math class that I stop coming on here. Now that I have past my math class. I'll be on here more.

So, Tuesday I'm leaving to go to Florida, I'm going to work at Disneyworld for seven months. I'll try to put pictures on here and discuse adventure over there.

My expierence in learning something new is that it's not easy. Learning takes time, study, and a lot of patience. Whatever it is your trying to learn, it will only come as fast as you take it in. You'll get as much out of it, as you put into it.

I'm sort of writing a fiction book, the other day I was reading an article my friend gave me on starting a book. I realized a book has to be linked from begining to end, which made me think of the stock market. Our strategy for the stock market also has to be linked from begining to the end.

At the begining of a story you need an opening that raises a question and then give the answer at the end of the book. The stock market is the sameway, but your question is already set out for you it is "how can I make money?" The key I think is a step by step plan.

Just like each chapter in a book clears up more and more of the question.

The Stock Market is kind of like a combination that will work many ways, and you need to find the right combination for you. I'm work on one that I hope will work for me.
It's really just a combination of the Chart and how good the business is doing.

Happy New Year everyone!!

Today starts the yearr of 2008, which means a whole new set of adventures await us.
A whole new set of opportunities to learn from and yes a few new mistakes to be made. Throughtout this year I plan to improve myself in more ways than I did in the past, by studying and working harder than I have in the past.
That is my new years reslution I guess, its kind of general but depending on what my focus is at the time it will probably help. It wll also remind me of what I can and should be doing.

Everyone I need your advice.
Last spring semester I noticed a big problem and I'm afraid that it might happen next semester. I'm sorry I should have asked you all about this earlier in the semester.

The problem is staying friendly around campus. I've noticed this all year round but the cold seems to play a factor in this. So it hasn't been as bad in the summer and fall semesters, and it might not be as bad next semester because it might be a little warmer then last January.

My question is what can we do to fix this?
I think this problem affects us all at the campus.
I feel this is a big problem because once people stop being frienddly to one another it can lead to angry which can lead to bad grade, crime and much more.
I'm wondering what do you all think I can do more or what would you be willing to help me do.

I don't even know if anyone else has seen this and is working to fix this. I just know I need ideas onb how to combat this.

New goal

My short term goal right now is to get past my math class.
I made a list of my accomplishments and according to that list
I will be able to do it if I put my mind to it.
My parents and teachers will be able to help me through
giveing me support and encouragement and then help if I need it.
I should be able to accomplish this by at max the end of the semester.

A mentor is almost like a role modle or a teacher. A mentor guides you and helps you make decisions to get you where you want to go. Mentors can guide you in anyway you want them to, such as they can give you advice on what to do in our carrer field, or our own personal life.

Leadership is a prosess. It can be fun at times and bad at others. Either way we still have to go through it.

Leadership is exciting at times and not at others. It depends on how you look at it.

Leadership is hard work that is worth the effort.

Clubs

I joined the wsuinvestors which just teaches you how to invest in the stock market. My family's really into investing and my dad's tried to teach us about it. So I just want to learn more so when I found out there was a club that did that I jumped on it. I'm not sure when the meetings are yet but I'll find out. We'll see if this pays off in a few days.

Leadership is hard for me anyway but its neat to read those stories in the book about how it didn't just happen over night. The leaders in the stories made it seem so easy it seemed like they never had any doubts. Then a few lines latter the book says "It takes along time." It makes you wonder if its worth becoming a leader, but as the stories end you could almost feel the excitment those involved had, and I wondered can I be a leader like that even to a few people. I aanswered yes.

P.S. If this doesn't make sense. "Don't worry be happy."

First Challenage

The first challenage was a hard one, but I did it. I just don't really like to go up to people and introduce or start myself or start a conversation with someone. I don't mind talking to people its just that I've never have got into the habbit of doing it. It was fun though and I hope it becomes a habbit.
