Accroding to Steve Gary a good leader takes action, knows how to Encourage and listen to people.

A good leader needs to be able to know where he or she is going and knows how to get there. A good leader won't let anyone or anything get in his or her way. A leader isn't bosy about it, but he or she is dedicated to what he or she is after and is willing to take action to change not just sit back and let people change.

A leader knows how to encourage and listen to him or herself an those around him or her in all aspects.

Sorry I haven't been on here in like forever, After January when I was posting like once a day, school started and I got so busy with my math class that I stop coming on here. Now that I have past my math class. I'll be on here more.

So, Tuesday I'm leaving to go to Florida, I'm going to work at Disneyworld for seven months. I'll try to put pictures on here and discuse adventure over there.

I need a stock strategy that works!!

Learning

My expierence in learning something new is that it's not easy. Learning takes time, study, and a lot of patience. Whatever it is your trying to learn, it will only come as fast as you take it in. You'll get as much out of it, as you put into it.

Random

I'm sort of writing a fiction book, the other day I was reading an article my friend gave me on starting a book. I realized a book has to be linked from begining to end, which made me think of the stock market. Our strategy for the stock market also has to be linked from begining to the end.

At the begining of a story you need an opening that raises a question and then give the answer at the end of the book. The stock market is the sameway, but your question is already set out for you it is "how can I make money?" The key I think is a step by step plan.

Just like each chapter in a book clears up more and more of the question.

The Stock Market is kind of like a combination that will work many ways, and you need to find the right combination for you. I'm work on one that I hope will work for me.
It's really just a combination of the Chart and how good the business is doing.
